Thomas Walters
Regional care, delivered close to home
Thomas Walters is a Senior Physiotherapist at Inspire Clinic. A Central Queenslander born and raised, he holds a simple conviction: regional communities deserve the same high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy found anywhere else — delivered close to home.
After completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at CQUniversity, Thomas began his career at Rockhampton Base Hospital. There he supported a wide-ranging caseload with tailored, outcome-focused rehabilitation, building a strong foundation across both acute and chronic care.
Today he works across orthopaedic, disability and respiratory physiotherapy — spanning pre- and post-operative recovery through to conservative management — and helps people living with chronic respiratory disease breathe more easily, build their exercise tolerance, avoid hospital admissions and stay independent.

Clinical interests
Thomas works with people across pre-operative, post-operative and conservative pathways, and with those living with chronic respiratory disease — focusing on restoring function, building capacity and keeping people well and out of hospital.
Regional communities deserve the same standard of care as anywhere else. My goal is to help people move better, recover well and stay independent — right here at home.
