Director & Principal Physiotherapist

BSc Physiotherapy (Hons), MSc Advanced Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy, PhD (UCL), FHEA APAM.

Dr Sean Ledger is the Principal Physiotherapist and co-owner of Inspire Clinic, with over 17 years of clinical, teaching and research experience. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin, a Master's in Advanced Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy from University College London (UCL), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Paediatric Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy from UCL examining the long-term effects of supervised exercise on lung function, exercise capacity and quality of life in children with cystic fibrosis. Sean is passionate about improving the lives of people living with heart and lung conditions. He combines evidence-based techniques with targeted exercise programmes to enhance physical health, optimise function and improve quality of life. His professional interests include cardiac and respiratory health, exercise physiology, physiotherapy education, health technology and healthcare leadership. Sean's ongoing commitment to his patients and the broader role of physiotherapy in long-term health continues to inspire everything he does at Inspire Clinic.

Born and raised in Central Queensland, Thomas is passionate about ensuring regional communities have access to high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at CQUniversity (2019–2022) and began his career at Rockhampton Base Hospital, gaining valuable experience supporting patients through tailored, outcome-focused rehabilitation. Thomas has clinical interests in orthopaedics, disability and respiratory physiotherapy, with experience across pre-operative, post-operative and conservative management of a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. He also supports individuals living with chronic respiratory disease, helping them improve breathing function, build exercise tolerance, reduce hospital admissions and enhance quality of life. With a strong clinical foundation and genuine commitment to patient-centred care, Thomas tailors every treatment plan to each client's individual goals and needs. His approach is designed to foster confidence, independence and long-term well-being.

Director & Advising Specialist Respiratory Physician

Dr Sudhakar Koduri is a Specialist Physician and co-owner of Inspire Clinic, with expertise in Respiratory, Sleep, and General Medicine. He brings over 20 years of medical experience and serves as a consultant to the clinic's physiotherapy team, combining advanced clinical knowledge with a compassionate, patient-centred approach. Sudhakar completed his medical degree in 2002 and postgraduate training in the United Kingdom, earning Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and Certification of Completion of Training (CCT) in General and Respiratory Medicine. He holds dual Fellowships of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in General Medicine and Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. His clinical interests include airway disorders, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, pleural conditions, sleep-related breathing disorders, and non-invasive ventilation. He also performs advanced diagnostic procedures including Bronchoscopy and EBUS. Sudhakar is committed to helping people breathe easier, sleep better, and live healthier lives.
