Dr Sudhakar Koduri is a Specialist Physician and co-owner of Inspire Clinic, with expertise in respiratory, sleep and general medicine and over 20 years of medical experience. He is a director of the clinic and its advising specialist respiratory physician, combining advanced clinical knowledge with a compassionate, client-centred approach.

His clinical interests include airway disorders, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, pleural conditions, sleep-related breathing disorders and non-invasive ventilation. He also performs advanced diagnostic procedures including bronchoscopy and EBUS.

At Inspire Clinic he acts as a consultant to the physiotherapy team — the reason a regional cardiorespiratory service can hold complex respiratory, oxygen and ventilation work locally rather than sending it away. Sudhakar is committed to helping people breathe easier, sleep better, and live healthier lives.

Where the reasoning is complex, it is discussed with Dr Koduri before the clinic writes back to the referrer.

Assessment, technique and exercise

Cardiorespiratory physiotherapy practice is led by Dr Sean Ledger. Assessment, airway clearance technique and exercise prescription are physiotherapy, and they stay with the physiotherapy team.

Appointments at the clinic are with a physiotherapist. Medical diagnosis, investigation and prescribing remain with your GP or treating physician.
